About the Role:  

 

Do you have a passion for education and hospitality? We are searching for a visionary leader to drive hospitality and an expansion of our conferences and camps offerings. You will lead the management of our hospitality and event resources on campus. Come join a vibrant and supportive campus community driven for excellence in all programming.



 

What You’ll Do:  

 

You will provide strategic direction and collaborate with a broad spectrum of campus partners to build camps, conferences and events offerings that are consistent with the strong reputation and strategic vision of St. Olaf College. This is a great opportunity with your expertise in how to maintain a high level of hospitality and a depth of knowledge about what it takes to efficiently and effectively manage conferences and events. You are someone who is a thought leader with a high attention to detail who wants to establish both short-term wins and long-term plans for continued revenue growth.

The qualified candidate will have…

 

A bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of related work experience in program development and events management, and experience supervising staff.
