About the Role: 

 

Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your skills to a mission-driven organization? We are searching for an experienced digital and email marketing expert to take our customer relationship management efforts to the next level. You’ll join a dedicated team of talented, experienced professionals who are passionate about the St. Olaf experience.

 

 

What You’ll Do:  

 

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and manage customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience and skill in segmentation, email marketing and analytics. This position is a key component for meeting our goals for recruiting prospective students and our engagement and fundraising goals for alumni and donors.

 

 

Who You Are:

 

The qualified candidate will have…

 

Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with equivalent experience; three or more years of CRM and email marketing experience experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and data analytics; experience with CRM software (e.g., Slate, AlumniQ and WordPress)

 

 

It will be helpful if you also have…

 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field as well; five or more years of experience in CRM and email marketing; and experience working in higher education.

 

 

You might be the perfect match if…

 

  • You have strong technical skills including experience working with HTML/CSS and WordPress, as well as experience with CRM platforms including Slate and AlumnIQ.

  • You have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

  • You have the ability to collaborate and build strategic relationships with colleagues and campus partners.

  • You have experience developing dynamic campaigns involving retargeting and automation.

  • You enjoy working with data and leverage data to identify actionable insights.
